I am an adult and have been learning alto recorder with Angela since January 2021, initially online due to covid restrictions and now face to face. I would highly recommend her teaching methods, we choose music I enjoy playing which also challenges me enough to push me out of my comfort zone but is also enjoyable to play. She is patient and finds a variety of ways to explain. I am now considering having piano lessons with Angela in addition to recorder lessons as I enjoy them so much.

My 14 year old daughter has flute lessons with Angela. She personalises the learning and finds alternative ways to teach in order for my daughter to fully understand. There is a mixture of theory and playing to give my daughter a rounded education in the flute. She really enjoys the lessons and looks forward to them.
